We deliver facilities programs, building services, software and event ticketing, and residential construction from our Denver office for agencies and owners who need one accountable prime. Government work is our focus: Velocity stays on the contract as prime, specialty builders perform commercial and government construction under our agreements, and software and residential work are built in-house.

Who we are
Velocity Contracting LLC bids, manages, and delivers public work from our Denver office, with field crews and licensed trade partners executing under our contracts while we remain the accountable prime for schedule, quality, compliance, and closeout documentation.
Public buyers hold one contractor responsible and still get the specialists each scope needs: janitorial, grounds, waste, pest, snow, windows, building maintenance, mechanical, fire and life safety, electrical, pavement, and on-call response, plus building services when the solicitation calls for them.
We cover the Front Range as our primary geography, with statewide capacity for public contracts, and our office is in Denver at 5201 Helena Street.

Velocity is the prime, so buyers have one point of contact for scope, schedule, invoicing, insurance certificates, and performance issues.

Field work is staffed for the trade
Site work is performed by field crews and licensed trade partners matched to each scope. Qualification, insurance flow-down, and quality expectations sit in our agreements with them. A large network of qualified, reliable subcontractors across disciplines keeps our service offering priced in the most competitive tiers in the market.

Documentation stays with the file
Commercial insurance and certificates of insurance are issued to awarding agencies as required by contract. Coverage program includes CGL, hired/non-owned auto, umbrella, and workers’ compensation as specified in each solicitation.

We maintain Colorado LLC Good Standing so agency vendors and insurers can confirm an active entity.
