Who we are
Velocity Contracting LLC bids, manages, and delivers facilities work. Field crews and licensed trade partners execute under our contracts; we remain the accountable prime for schedule, quality, compliance, and closeout documentation.
That model lets buyers hold one contractor responsible while drawing on qualified specialists for each trade: janitorial, grounds, waste, pest, snow, windows, building maintenance, mechanical, fire and life safety, electrical, pavement support, mobile response, and related facility scopes as solicitations require.
We serve the Front Range as our primary geography, with statewide capacity for public contracts. Our office is in Denver at 5201 Helena Street.

Velocity is the prime. Buyers have one point of contact for scope, schedule, invoicing, insurance certificates, and performance issues.

Field work is staffed for the trade
Site work is performed by field crews and licensed trade partners matched to each scope. Qualification, insurance flow-down, and quality expectations sit in our agreements with them.

Documentation stays with the file
Commercial insurance and certificates of insurance are issued to awarding agencies as required by contract. Coverage program includes CGL, hired/non-owned auto, umbrella, and workers’ compensation as specified in each solicitation.

We maintain Colorado LLC Good Standing so agency vendors and insurers can confirm a legitimate, active entity, not a shell brochure.
