We do not claim a municipal franchise or landfill operation. We deliver the site-level scopes agencies actually bid.

Punch-list, work-order, and preventive tasks that keep buildings and grounds usable between capital projects: minor repairs, fixture swaps, touch-up painting, door hardware, and coordinated grounds and building maintenance within the limits of each contract and applicable licensing. This is facility maintenance, not a heavy-civil or design-build general contract.

Mechanical support for occupied facilities: mini-split service, generator maintenance and repair, and chiller or air-handler support coordinated with licensed mechanical partners. Velocity remains the prime. Licensed trades execute refrigerant, gas, and other work that requires a license.

Life-safety support for occupied buildings: fire alarm test, inspect, and monitoring support; fire extinguisher testing; and door or smoke-wall inspection support. Licensed fire and life-safety partners perform work that requires a license. Velocity remains the prime for scheduling, documentation, and contract performance. We do not act as the authority having jurisdiction.

As-needed facility electrical and low-voltage work: cabling, fiber repair, and EV charger maintenance or networking as specified. Licensed electrical partners execute work that requires a license. This family covers building and site systems, not utility-scale construction.

Seasonal lighting and site-amenity work for civic campuses, commercial properties, and public gathering spaces: install, maintain, and take down holiday lighting, plus benches, planters, flags, and related amenities when a solicitation calls for them. We do not claim architectural lighting design.

Facility pavement support, not highway civil. Lot and sidewalk maintenance, sweeping, and on-call concrete or asphalt repair for campuses, parks, and commercial properties. We do not bid highway mill-and-overlay, roadway reconstruction, or heavy-civil general contracts.

When a facilities solicitation includes related building trades, Velocity can prime fencing, painting, roofing coordination, and elevator repair coordination with licensed elevator contractors. Field crews and licensed trade partners execute under our contracts. We evaluate each specialty scope against licensing and capacity before we bid it.

When something cannot wait for the next scheduled visit, Velocity provides on-call and mobile field response: a single point of contact to dispatch the right crew for urgent cleanups, on-call debris, spill response, access issues, storm aftermath, and other time-sensitive facility needs. Coordination is mobile-first. Site contacts reach us by phone or email, and we mobilize field crews and trade partners under our contract.

Velocity responds to Colorado public facilities solicitations as prime contractor: compliant proposals, insurance coordination, subcontractor qualification, and accountable delivery.
